Who We Are

Our History

  • 1994

    First Home Buyer

    Christamaria Ormsby, our founder and CEO, purchases her first home in Ocean Beach after being raised as a third generation Point Loman. The experience of being able to purchase a home with creative funding makes her want to share her experience with others.

  • 2002

    First Spec Home

    Christamaria and future husband / general contractor Dan build their first multi million dollar spec home in Point Loma, keeping Point Loma beautiful.

  • 2004

    Licensed Broker

    After a decade of participating in investment development and real estate growth opportunities, Christamaria becomes a licensed broker and starts with Prudential California Realty as an associate broker.

  • 2008

    Hacienda Realty Begins

    Christamaria leaves Prudential and opens Hacienda Realty, a local business to benefit her community and clients.

  • 2013

    New Location

    Hacienda Realty takes up residence at our new location at 4683 Point Loma Avenue (the same street Christamaria grew up on as a child) and becomes the premier agency in Sunset Cliffs and southern Ocean Beach.

  • 2015

    Making Dreams Come True

    Christamaria, Susan and Edie are still out there selling houses and making dreams come true.
